Brushless DC motors
Brushless DC motors have two coils wire around a rotor in the middle. Around the coil, two magnets, both in the same direction. If the coils facing the magnet, current flows into it. When current flows in a coil, it generates a magnetic field and this magnetic field pushes the coil away from its magnet. As the rotor turns, switches off the power. If the rotor has rotated 180 degrees, is always opposite rotor magnet. The coils in turn, this time with the current flowing in the opposite direction. This creates a different pulse and slid the rotor back again. The rotor has electrical contacts, and there are small metal brush, the bump against the contacts. The brushes send electricity, turning the motor on and off at the right times.
Brushless DC motors
Brushed working quite well, but they have some drawbacks. The brushes create friction, slowing the engine and wasting energy. They also wear out. The brush corroded or worn down by friction from the rotor. Brushless motors solve both problems. A brushless motor product has a permanent magnet on the inside of the rotor so that in its north and south poles perpendicular to the axis of rotation. Around the rotor are coils. The coils operate much as they do in a brush motor. Give impetus from time to slide the magnets, spinning rotor. Because there are no brushes but the motor can not control themselves. Instead, it is an electronic controller, the pulses of electricity are at a certain speed connected to the motor control. The faster the coil pulse, the faster the engine to turn.
